with your recovery.......yes, bruises can be quite the color wheel................

Today's workouts:

YT- Coach Ali- Full Body Compound Weight Plate workout - 19 min.
YT-CrossRope- Jump rope & standing core - 10 min.
YT- Trifecta Pilates- Pilates Magic Circle Arms workout- 10 min.
Hydrow CT- 10 min Rowing & Weights Upper Body Burn Circuit

Alot of little "shorties" today :)......the more the merrier! :)

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live 40/20 cardio - it was from during the pandemic and was about 40 minutes long. I will do my own stretch now.

Nice mish mosh again this morning Linda. You could call it 19-10-10-10 :)

Great workout yesterday Annette. Nora - I know you are still resting and healing but maybe you'll be back at it tomorrow.

Hey ladies,

Very hot today but I got the family room down to 79°F so I found a new only 4 days old Garage Taebo, YouTube called it Let's Get After It(Taebo Edition) in the beginning comments Billy calls it Taebo Raw since it was 108 ° F outside his garage. It was 51 minutes of cardio and maybe 7 minutes of floorwork, I did not do the floorwork. So for me is was a very sweaty 51 minute taebo workout with wrist weights on for half of it.

My phone said that it was just over 4000 steps.

I am done!!

Yes its been a regular color wheel in terms of bruises. It's still getting a little better each day with swelling and bruising.
