I did Flextrain yesterday and it was harder than usual. Glad today was a stretch day - TF Stretch 40 and CLX Extreme Abs...

Hi Conni,

Good morning everyone.

Today I did MH 15 minutes of cardio hiit/lower body + 10 minutes of MH abs + another 15 minutes of MH Lower Body weights with cardio. I have been going to bed a bit late - leaving me to rise later and have shorter workouts. I have to get that under control!

Good workout yesterday conni (and today!).

Ceci what are the MH workouts?

Today was warm up, punches and kicks from Powerstrikes. Then 40 minutes at the gym.

I finally lost another pound so now I have lost a total of 21 pounds.
