Hi Annette,

Today I took another rest day. It's been tough being back in the office and working evenings from 4:45pm to 8:30pm online and then trying to fall asleep (and get up the next day). Ugh. I will be back at it tomorrow as I have the day off and we have a long weekend. Thank goodness!

And geesh. I didn't read you banged into a door frame. yikes. I hope you are not too sore! Big gym day for you, nonetheless.

So far I have managed to do 20 minutes of weight work using videos from Andre Belle, he has videos on Facebook. Hie workouts show you the moves and then you do them on your own with him suggesting how long and/or how many sets to do. I had to use only 3's and 5's due to the number of reps.

Then I did 25 minutes of an older Taebo (but different from Monday's workout), it was getting too hot . I split the weight work into 2 segments, 1 before the cardio and 1 after. Probably need to do abs also.
