Today I did more SSOD 30 minute bootcamp. Wow that was short, fun and tough. I added on 15 minutes stretching.

Lisa: I am the same - sometimes i don't have time in the morning to check in and then the just runs away from me. Thank goodness for Annette! You keep this check in going!
 
Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Kickbox Fun with Add Ons to 3 ladies for 50 minutes.

I managed to do this to my eye before class . My chair smacked me while I was pulling it off the stack and it came off more easily than I thought.

Then after class I did 37 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes.
