Hi ladies,

Today was a Hiit 40/20 , CLX extreme core workout.

Carmen - Started Activia last night and am limiting carbs, dairy and sugar. Can't eliminate them but am working on eating better!

Today I did... Hiit 40/20 too!!! + a 28 minute standing only premix from butts & guts.

Conni - something else I've added lately is eating 2 tbsp of coconut oil/day - mixing it into yogurt, smoothies, cereal etc. Makes me feel more full.

Well as with every woman's perrogative (sp?) I changed my mind this morning and KPC's Cardio Conditioning premix, haven't done that one is a very long time.

Then I spent 3.5 hours at the pool.:cool::cool:

No workout tomorrow, it is my oldest son's very last visit to Shriners in Philly so we will be gone all day. Be back on Friday!!!
