Hi Annette (and Geoff if you're out there),

Today I did Cathe's latest live - birthday workout. That was sooooooooo much fun and tough. I had to stop a lot. I added on PUB - biceps and triceps.

Annette - I can't get over how much stamina you have with exercise. You must get a lot of good sleep for recovery!

Hi Siobhan,

Today I taught my Lower Body Plate Extreme routine to 4 ladies, it was 44 minutes long. Really tough too.

Then I did an hour of weight lifting. Started out with chest flyes and press using the pyramid style, same for hammer curls but not for bicep curls, then I just did one arm at a time overhead for triceps, shoulder press one arm at a time 2 different weights, lying overhead for back, then I moved to the back machine and did all grips for 25 and 35 pounds. Then I did the shoulder machine doing both grips. Then I did floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Whew!! It was a lot but I wanted a full hour.

Nice workout, bet it was fun to do Cathe's birthday party workout. My middle son's birthday is today, he is 27!! Hard to believe.

You know Siobhan, the weekly check in spin off of this check seems to be gone now. Wonder what happened to the people that were on it other than Geoff who has come back, maybe?

Hi Ladies,

I'm still around and getting my workouts in! Sunday was a Firm Workout, Monday was a Margaret Richard Workout, Tuesday was a quick Denise Austin Upper Body Workout off of YouTube...got home late. Yesterday and today are going to be Beach Body Slim in Six Workouts.
