Hi Annette,
Today I did a mix of Caroline G - Iron Series for back and biceps + 15 minutes of a bodyweight leg workout. Wow, that was tough.
And I didn't mean I did Supersets the other day, I meant Supercuts. Why does that matter? 'cos I could barely walk yesterday - my thutt was so sore and still is.
Where is this pool you speak of, Annette? And yes, it's hot. whoa.
