Blender - STS 2.0 Back -24 min.
Blender Add-on: STS 2 Lower Body -7 min.
YT- Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Biceps Weight Plate workout
YT- CrossRope- 10 min. Jump Rope & Standing Core

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a Cathe ICE warm-up, added in 32 minutes of Funk Roberts for lower body (tough) and 12 minutes of JRD's jump rope YT workout. I am sweating.

Linda - I just checked out Anabolic Aliens. I am going to try him! Thanks.

Hey ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a recently added backyard taebo called Taebo Rock something, it was 33 minutes of sweat and I had on my wrist weights. It was a good cardio.

Looks like we are starting off strong, nice workouts ladies.

Annette- Nicely done on today's home workout with a YT Taebo, Wow 35 min with wrist weights, that is awesome. I don't thinkI've known anyone who did Taebo with wrist weights before. That is next level, you go girl. Glad you are enjoying Taebo, it is fun.

Siobhan, yes, I am liking Anabolic Aliens on YT….such a variety of short 5 min individual
body parts workouts with different equipment or bodyweight to add on to other workouts or string a few together…. Good workout doing mix of a Cathe ICE warm-up, added in 32 minutes of Funk Roberts for lower body and 12 minutes of JRD's jump rope YT workout.
