YT- Scissortail Park, Oklahoma City, OK elliptical workout- 16 min. I'll have to say,
Scissortail Park was quite interesting!

Hi ladies,

Nora, that is a long workout with lots of variety, you rock!!

Linda, you had variety also, way to go!!

Today I ended up staying home and I did my on All Kickbox Combos for about 13 minutes when I realized I really hate the music so I switched to Kickbox Fun with Add ons and did all 47 minutes of, even had to improvise when I didn't count the songs right so there was extra abwork, and I threw in some weights to make it to the end of the cd. So roughly an hour of kickbox fun and I had on my wrist weights too.

I never sweat this much at the gym, whew!! My shirt front is wet, oh my!

See ya hopefully tomorrow after my dentist appointment.
