Hi everyone,

Today I had 4 ladies and we did my 44 minute Dance workout, basically nonstop movement the whole time.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight focusing ob the pyramid method for most of it. Hit upper body, then did a front thigh machine and rear thigh machine before hitting the floor for abs and glutes.

Hi Ladies,

Plan on doing a Cathe Upper Body workout when I get home. Sunday was total body aerobic weight training, Monday total body and yesterday was aerobics and 20min of ballet.

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday, I took a rest day and stretched for 30 minutes with someone from youtube - Reif (?). I could not work out as my body was so sore from 4 days of intense workouts after being away from exercise for 8 days.
