Good morning ladies..........hope everyone has a good day.....Siobhan, again, so very sorry about your sister. you will
continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Ultimate Abs" - 39 min.
YouTube-Anabolic Aliens - 5 min. Leg Weight Plate add-on workout
Blender- STS 2 add-on: Mobility - 8 min.

I am getting my hair trimmed this AM, looking forward to that!

Thanks for your kind words. That was so lovely of you all.

I managed a work out again today of LITE stacked lower body for 10 minutes - I couldn't do repeats so moved onto supersets for lower body - standing portion only - which was another 30 minutes. I don't have much energy so nothing too strenuous but it feels good to work out, nonetheless.

I see everyone got in a work out yesterday. Yeah! Annette - do you have a green light to exercise? It seems you are recovering pretty quickly which is good news.

I edited to ask this question: what the heck happened to video fitness? I can't get on there at all. It just kicks me out. Anyone know what's up with that? I read someone complaining about it and then it started happening to me.
 
Nice lower body workouts this morning, Siobhan.

I used to do VideoFitness years ago but only hop on there with no sign-in
once in a while now to see what is going on….. I have seen & read what you’re talking
about, but don’t know what the problem is…. I have seen your posts there occasionally,
I always think to myself, “Oh, I know her!” :)
 
Siobhan, Technically my paper says no heavy lifting, no housework, no driving, no sexual activity. No "exercise " isn't technically listed. The doctor said walking was good, and nothing more than 15 pounds weight wise. Tomorrow is my follow up so we will see what they say.

I do tend to bounce back from surgery rather quickly. The incision between my breasts (lower think right where a bra would hit ) is going to slow me up.if I can't wear an exercise bra due to pain and/or pressure. I will take it one day at a time.
 
Hi ladies,

I laid in the sun for 80 minutes, then came in.

I just finished doing 21 minutes of floorwork mixed with upper body (biceps, triceps and shoulders) using both 10 and 8 pound dumbbells. Even got a exercise bra on and spandex shorts, whoohoo!! Tummy is still saggy from the surgery and lack of exercise so hopefully it will get some tone back soon. I also did a stretch at the end. Everything was done gently making sure nothing got pulled the wrong way or hurt in not a good way.

Nice workouts ladies.

Tomorrow is the doctor's appointment and Friday I get my hair done, YAY!!!
 
Great laying in the sun and 21 min floorwork today Annette….and yay on hair appointment tomorrow…. I had mine this AM to get trimmed, etc. and it felt heavenly!

I did check out VideoFitness forum after reading your post. I had no problem logging in the site is still there. There was was even a posting for today there soI assume its still up and running.
Again so, sorry to hear about your sister. I will keep you in my prayers. We girls gotta look out for each other.

Annette- Happy to hear from you:) Sorry things are still painful or uncomfortable. Wow, its nice you and be alittle more active. Please be careful though and listen to your body.
