YT- Rehobath Beach Boardwalk Treadmill Walk, Delaware - 16 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Royal Gorge, California skier workout
IFit- Central Park, NYC Bike Ride - 10 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. I was exhausted from going to bed too late and then having to rise around 430am. How is my DH not getting up at all????? The dog is completely sleeping through the night which is uhmazing! Today, I am well rested and did more CG for shoulders and core - 45 minutes. I did my own stretch.

So nice to see everyone checking in yesterday. Linda - I will look forward to reading about your Canadian treks!

Hi ladies,

Well, despite it being 82 degrees in the house, I stayed home and did 2 taebos off YouTube, 1 was 11 minutes the other 21 minutes so I broke it up due to the heat. I only wore a sports bra and shorts too no top. Too dang hot. I am sweating just seating here typing on my phone with the fan above me.

Nice workouts ladies!!

Hoping for the pool tomorrow.

Annette- Bravo getting in a workout in this nasty hot weather (I'm not a fan). It is tough getting workouts when its hot and your house hot too. I've been daling with that as well.

Bravo on getting it done today with:

YT- Taebo- 2 workouts. WTG!!!

Hopefully things will be cooler temp wise where you are. Yesterday for me it was 105 degrees and today is supposed to be 95 degrees. Still way too hot for me. The house felt like 90 degrees and now feels like 80 ish. My Happy temp range is 70-75 degrees.
I'm an Oregonian we are not built fot these hot temps.
