Today I did a long stretch - no workout. I just feel like working out this morning.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught one of my Kickbox Circuit workout to 6 ladies for about 45 minutes . Then I showed one lady some of the new moves for the next new workout.

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes.

Hot day.
