Nora, another stellar workout yesterday with:
Virtual Active Connect 18 Wine Tour- Disc 1 - Class 1 Syrah = 47 Min
KCM 30MTF- Cardio Fit W/O #2= 30 Min

AAHH........you have Virtual Active Connect 18 workouts too! I have them as well! Boy, talking about a
"blast from the past" :):)

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Strong Shoulders" - 32 min.
Interval Timer App- "12 min. Elliptical & Total Body Weights Circuit"

That's it.

PS: I'm re-arranging and trying to make room for dvds..........boy, do I have a mess back here in a room!

WTG & double high fives on that one! Oh, I forgot to mention I do love Allie's modification for burpees, that's the best one yet!:) ps. The Virtual Active Connect 18 was fun yesterday. I got it because I like the length and number of workouts there were 6 total. I do enjoy Virtual Active workouts for Bike.
