Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did two BB workouts - one for core and the other for legs. It was 50 minutes in total. I enjoyed it!

Linda - I hope your back is "okay"

Nora - what a mash up of a workout you had yesterday! you hit all parts :)

went to chiropractor this AM, & hopefully will get some relief….

I did a blender, “Functional Upper Body” -43 min. & STS Ab Circuits-Med Ball Abs-10 min. Thought I’d be okay doing upper body & core…..Hopefully!

Ok, here goes hope you can follow.

Today's workout was as follows:

Clau and Paty Boxing workout off YouTube BUT I stopped after 30 minutes because she was taking too many breaks and was all over the place with her choreography (it was supposed to be 50 minutes but I got frustrated at the 30 minute mark)

Then I sat for awhile playing on my phone.

I then got KCM TLC out and started doing the 15 minute Cardio Express but it wasn't any of the Boxing moves so I stopped at 7 minutes.

So I decided to do workout 1 Boxing and since I already had a warmup with the express thing I just started the workout. I did not realize that it is the same moves as the Boxing Combos premix which has the warm up included, sigh. But I finished it and it was 28 minutes.

So 30+7+28 =65 minutes of cardio in total.

I honestly very much dislike days like this but at least I didn't quit or give up.

Leslie Sansone- Walk Off Fat Fast- 40 Min Super Burn = 41 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength- 15 min. Full Body Stretch= 15 Min

I had my appointment with my bone doc Monday. More X-rays and he says there is mild calcification on my right hip but nothing to worry about.
Found out my leg injury was a pulled/strained groin. It is slowly getting better and I hope to be at 100% by the end of this month!

Annette, let me catch my breath! You always get in a good workout no matter what. Kudos for keeping to it today!

Today was Cardio Supersets for me! My first time doing that one & I totally enjoyed myself! I did the step bonus as well, which was fun! This week I started the LM&R Low Impact Cardio rotation but did all of the LM&R ones first since I had been recovering from the norovirus. (Wash your hands! You don't want that virus! MISERABLE!!!) LM&R has been a huge help in getting me back into exercise after being so sick. I do think I'll mix up the new LM&R rotations between the ICE, Low Impact Cardio, & Lite rotations over the rest of this month.
