15 minutes of a tough bodyweight workout
Plus added a 10 minute squat/mobility stretch

STS Ab Circuits- "#6- Medicine Ball Abs" - 10 min. -That's a fun one.

Annette- Nice you got a little walk in. Sorry your mouth is painful. Hopefully, it will ease
up. Maybe try Anbusol/Ora gel. I know that sounds odd if your familiar with it over the counter for teething pain. Just a thought that may help if you need it. I'm sure your doctor prescribed something for pain. Either way, get some rest and feel better. Take care and God Bless
