Hi Annette,

Today I only had time for a short 30 minute Caroline G. Upper body workout. I didn't manage the whole thing as I had trouble falling asleep last night, again. So much energy in the house last evening. I worked online, we had a family Christmas dinner too, plus I worked all day etc...

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 2 ladies and we did my Upper Body Plate Extreme routine which was 62 minutes long. We will be sore.

Then I did about 40 minutes of weight work including machines and dumbbells.

I was in a rush since I have a oral surgeon consult at 2:20.
