Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did my own WB of ICE Bootcamp moves + EDT RWH/Xtrain chest/triceps, biceps/shoulders and then added in 100 rep challenge of biceps. Forgot how great those 100 rep challenges are.

Great workouts from everyone yesterday. Elsie - under the weather? Linda, I am back to work too and.... Henriette - were you working on Monday?

Ceci: DH & I have had flus ALL of Xmas. Stayed home for nearly all of it on the sofa this year with the exception of a memorial service where I was able to stand for 40 minutes. I am feeling a little better now however. :)
Excellent job girls for getting in your entire workouts while working. On days I work, I usually try to work out at night like Linda. I am just too slow in the mornings.
Anyway, have yourselves a day of only happy surprises. Will check in a bit later.

edited to add - noticed that Mike D. has a 30 day trial of this streaming for those of you who are into HiiT & intense cardio! I really, really like him, but not really up to his speed at this point in time. Ceci, always good workouts from you.

Today I taught my aerobic/ kickbox circuit class to 5 ladies it was 60 minutes long.

Then I did 47 minutes of weight work including abs and legs. Lifting 125 pounds Friday must have been a flook , because I can barely do 120 for bench press for 5 reps, sigh. Might or could have been due to the long stretch of not working out and then being fresh on Friday. Maybe I should take time and not do chest for a day or 2 and then see how it goes.

Anyway, warmer today but overcast and rainy.

Elsie - hope you are feeling better.

Good workouts ladies!

I think the flu has come my way too. Like I said a few days ago, my family was under the weather over xmas, and Friday I got a really sore throat. It seems to be getting worse and worse. Sneezing, and going through several packages of tissues. I feel pretty crap and as I have done w/o's the last 3 days I think I am ready for a rest.

It's hard to really rest and not go upstairs to w/o again, despite feeling crappy because I was just getting started again this week. Furthermore S&S finally arrived today! So many options there with all the premixes and still so many other dvds that I have gotten the past couple of months that I have not tried yet.

Siobhan - yes, I started back at work on Monday. Bball trainings started again today and with my son at his dad's I had more time on Monday so I did one w/o in the morning and one at night (my usual time when I am working).

Tomorrow I may try a morning w/o again... If I get a good night's sleep.

Tonight I was able to get in a short 25 min. upper body mix workout, better than nothing. Have a good night.....
 
Hey, great workouts today girls! Annette: I find for weight training, some days I am just ON! I think our muscles are just like that sometimes. Also, if I skip on the fiber in my diet, I will not be able to lift the same volume. Might sound strange, but that is my experience with it anyway. lol. Your lifting progressions are impressive!! Best of luck on your next Chest day!
Henriette: Oh, I hope you do not get too sick!! How have your legs been feeling?
Thanks Linda. Yes, feeling quite a bit better. Just about everyone I know has been sick these last two weeks.

Tonight, I got in a Linda/Barlates 35 minute dynamic stretch + a 5 minute Yin Yoga neck routine. Getting all the stiffies out! Cannot wait to be back in Cathe form!! :) I have just done the BootCamp S&S in it's entirety and am itching for some intense workouts. Really tempted to try our Mike D.
