Good morning Anita! and everyone! Thanks for starting us off this AM! Ooh, STS No
equipment abs & CrossTrain Xpress all step this morning....have fun! I don't know that
I have every done the All Step workout.....probably have used parts of it in the blender...

Today's workouts:

YT-Coach Ali- Full Body Weight Plate Challenge Workout # 4 - 31 min.
Peloton- 15 min. Classic Rock Treadmill walk workout
Peloton- 10 min. "Form & Drills Rowing Recovery
Hydrow- 5 min. "Reflection" Cool down row in Seattle, WA

Another hour of variety & fun!

Great workouts already! Anita - where is STS 41? I only see 40. SOS!

Today I did Xtrain Legs - standing portion only - 25 minutes. I added on The cardio blasts from CLB - 20+ minutes as I didn't do the warm up or the cool down.

I am working about a half day today but, otherwise, it's a hair and nails day.

Disc 41 is what shows up in my Workout Manager Rotation icon for today. I didn’t actually look at the disc so I can’t confirm. But no worries, it’s just the STS Ab Circuits DVD. I’m sure you own it.

I envy you for hair and nails day. Sounds fabulous. I just had my acrylic nails taken off last weekend. I’d had them for 6 months and they were super cute, but they got in the way, so I went with a cute glittery gel polish instead. Now I can pick my nose in peace again — LOL!

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a 57 minute Taebo like (taebo on steroids) FITT TECH INTERMEDIATE CARDIO KICKBOXING WORKOUT off YouTube. This is a Michael Armstrong workout and he honestly believes in like 5-6 sets of 8 reps on each side so like 48 knee lifts and punch at a super speed and this was an intermediate workout :eek:!! But I did it all, haven't done him in a long while.

I still have the rest of laundry max to finish and take down the tree. But my workout is finished!!

Nice workouts ladies. Keep up the great work!

So fun to see over the years that exercise and keeping fit and making good choices keeps you young and fabbulous.

Siobhan- Oh you mentioned having to work a half day, ok. It beats a really long racing the deadline work day. Best part you got your workout in already and I'm sure that helps you feel great. Great job on today's workout with:

Like he missed his calling as a military drill Instructor, Wow!!! You better eat your Wheaties before hand. WTG and tripple high fives on that one.
