STS 41 No Equipment Abs 17 minutes (STS Ab Circuits)
Cross Train Xpress All Step 53 minutes
Wow, great combo and fun to see Cathe and Brenda? Jai? Not sure if Jai was in that one or not .
So fun to see over the years that exercise and keeping fit and making good choices keeps you young and fabbulous.

Peloton- 15 min. Classic Rock Treadmill walk workout
Peloton- 10 min. "Form & Drills Rowing Recovery
Hydrow- 5 min. "Reflection" Cool down row in Seattle, WA
High fives and Bravo on putting together your own "Power Hour" there, looks amazing too. Makes me wish I had a rowing machine, they sound fun and quite a workout. Enjoy the rest of the day
Siobhan- Oh you mentioned having to work a half day, ok. It beats a really long racing the deadline work day. Best part you got your workout in already and I'm sure that helps you feel great. Great job on today's workout with:

YT- (a 57 minute Taebo like (taebo on steroids) FITT TECH INTERMEDIATE CARDIO KICKBOXING WORKOUT with Michael Armstrong. From what you said OMG this guy sounds tough. Like he missed his calling as a military drill Instructor, Wow!!! You better eat your Wheaties before hand. WTG and tripple high fives on that one.
Now for th rest of your workout with laundry max, and Christmas undecorating, I always hate that part. Bravo on all your workouts today. Have a blessed day
