Good morning ladies.........

Nora, great workout yesterday with Perfect30 Perfect Pump - Basic- Upper Body + Stretch = 38 Min
Virtual Active - World Tour Indoor Cycling - American South West Guided Basic Ride 1 Arizona = 36 Min
Ab Hits - Workout # 9= 6 Min Power Hour
Great variety! I must find & pull out my Virtual Actives.......I have them all for the treadmill/elliptical, and
bike. If I remember correctly, they are nicely chaptered too.

Today's workouts:

Interval Timer App- "Upper Body & Cycle Circuit" - 15 min.
YT-CrossRope- "Jump Rope & Biceps" - 6 min.
CrossRope App- "RL Jump Rope & Biceps Finisher" - 4 min.
YT-Lil Walks- "Barton Creek Square Mall, Texas" Treadmill walk- 15 min.

That Lil Walks channel on YT is neat, it's alot of "indoor mall walking" scenery workouts. I used to be a
"Mall Walker" here at our local mall years ago, they even had a Mall Walkers Club..... It's funny, when I
do some of these workouts, I find myself looking & searching which stores are in the mall, and seeing
stores I have never heard of.......

Hi ladies,

Today I did a 42 minute Kickbox HIIT workout from C Dorner. It was good, I modified where needed or did the lower impact suggestion. This was off YouTube and a newer one from her.

Yesterday hubby and I struggled some but eventually managed to twist and lift and roll the chair up the stairs and into the room. It was a task, even called middle son to see if he could help but we managed without his help (and texted him back since he never responded to the SOS text and canceled the SOS). It is so comfy. That in itself was a workout for both hubby and I getting it up the stairs.
