Ok, my workout was, my class with 1 person , the 20-20-20 Split Series Biceps and triceps for an hour.
Then an hour of weights using dumbbells for chest, and back, then I did the sled up and back 1 time each with 2,3,4,5,and 6 plates, my arms were trembling something fierce so I did not add anymore weight to it, then I went and did the back and shoulder machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes to finish. Long tough workout whew!!
