Today I did a mix of Caroline G's arms and abs (bis/tris) and added in 15 minutes of Move with Nicole core.

Annette - is your gym close? I would love the option to go to a gym everyday. You're blessed.

Hi Siobhan,

Yes, the gym is actually within walking distance but is literally uphill both ways. It takes me less than 2 minutes to drive and about 5 or so to walk depending on how fast I walk (uphill) and traffic when crossing the road. Yes, I am blessed to have one that close. The Y in on the other end of town which is the only other gym in town.

Ok, my workout was, my class with 1 person , the 20-20-20 Split Series Biceps and triceps for an hour.

Then an hour of weights using dumbbells for chest, and back, then I did the sled up and back 1 time each with 2,3,4,5,and 6 plates, my arms were trembling something fierce so I did not add anymore weight to it, then I went and did the back and shoulder machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes to finish. Long tough workout whew!!
