Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic dance circuit to 6 ladies, which is an hour long. Then I did my own circuit workout after(for an hour), going heavy and using the stair machine and the elliptical for the cardio portion. So all in all 2 hours of circuit work today.

Holy cow! That's a lot...good for you! I did a Mike Donavanik 20 min HiiT then Cathe Muscle Max timesaver. It was nicely paced. Have a great day everyone.
 
Finally checking in :). Tonight I did S&S TBGS upper body only DVD premix, approx. 30 min. I really like that
Premix, I've done that one a couple times. Good workouts everyone. Have a good night.

I was planning a Rest day. Ended up doing a short n sweaty 20 minute Yoga practice.

Way to go everyone on your workouts and your class Annette!! If I did two hours of circuits, I would need a barrel of food afterward! lol. That's just me.
 
Hi ladies,

Wednesday afternoon I gave a couple of bball trainings, so walked a lot.

Then at night I did 10min on our new waterrower followed by Cathe's 4DS premix back & bi's.
 
I love water rowers ! What brand of rower do you have Henriette? I have a Concept 2 rower, which I love, but I have used the waterrowers
at the wellness center and absolutely love them too.
 
It was my bf that picked it out as he cannot do most cardio due to a knee operation as a teenager, but biking and rowing is ok for him.

It's a WaterRower Natural Oak (www.waterrower.com). Quite a beauty to look and no irritating noice... Very quiet in use.

It's a bit monotonous to use when you're used to dvds with lots of changes and different things going on, so I think I may stick to shorter warm-ups on it before moving on to a dvd... Up to 10min, or maybe I can use it while watching Netflix so I don't get bored. [emoji6]
