Hi ladies,

Today I had 9 ladies go through a new cardio Kickbox routine which was 41 minutes long. I call it Up Tempo Kickbox Jam. It went really well and other than the speed they seemed to like it.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

And 12 minutes on the stair machine.

Spinning for 30 minutes today. I am not sure I'll see you all tomorrow... let's see if I get up.

Today I did PHA Training from my laptop at the gym. I feel great. The ease of opening laptop and pulling up video really has me considering getting ondemand.
