Today's workouts:

Leslie Sansone- "2 Mile Classic Walk with the Weighted Belt" - 31 min. (This is on the Walk off Even More
Weight dvd that she put out with her 2 lb Weighted Belt).
CrossRope App- 5 min. RL Jump Rope & BodyWeight Legs Finisher

Kinda' short today, but still fun!

Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a mix of LMR2 for chest/triceps/shoulders but stopped at 30 minutes (no shoulders). I added on a 10 minute stretch and a 15 minute KB workout from YT.

Linda - kind of a lighter day today for you. Nice :)
Annette - I hear ya about the cold weather. It's the same here :(
Nora - WTG with with your long and variety filled workout yesterday. You have stamina.

Hi ladies,

Today I did Fit With Ashlee Cardio Kickboxing which was 55 minutes long. Thanks Linda for suggesting her. She was good not too bad with her form, on 1 kick form could have been better, but very doable and gets your heart rate up. I only found this one that was more than 30 minutes hopefully I can find more.

That's it. I did have on my boxing gloves for the workout.

Nice mish-mosh this morning, Siobhan, with LMR2 for chest/triceps/shoulders for 30 minutes & added on a 10 minute stretch and a 15 minute KB workout from YT.
 
Yay, Annette, on your Fit With Ashlee Cardio Kickboxing -55 minutes long. That was a long one! So glad
you tried it and liked her. Kate of Kate's Home Fitness on YT is who mentioned her as someone who's
workouts she likes.

Siobhan- Nicely done on today's workouts with:

Plus added on a 10 minute stretch
YT-a 15 minute KB workout

Love the variety in your workout, it's all good stuff! Glad your enjoying Kettlebell workouts, so fun and very time efficient.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - 30 Min SuperSets Cycling workout = 31 Min

Intensity Series : Muscle Endurance - Express Workout = 53 Min- this was a toughie, loved it and the abs section takes no prisoners- very Cathe- like:)

Equipment:
High Step (?4 Risers), BB, DB's (5's& 8's & 10 's Etc..)Mat, 8 pound Med Ball

Well, that's it for me today. Tomorrow is DH's Birthday so I won't be working out. No sure what going on tomorrow birthday wise as Paul seems to be getting a cold. Either way I promised him I'd reserve the day for him, no workouts. I hope he feels better tomorrow to do something fun.
