Good hump day morning everyone,

Today I did LIS Lower Body Split (been a while since I did that one) + Jessica Smith 10 Pounds Down Bestter Body Blast - Legs - 23 minutes. Whoa. JS was pretty tough - and good.

Snowing here but I did a 22 minute premix off of KCM Kickboxing and then youngest son and I braved the snow to go to the gym. So 40 minutes at the gym.
