AHhh shucks, Dutchie, I was just soo happy to see you back!!:7 You know it used to be only a few of us keeping this thread alive and now we have tons of daily check iners!! It is nice to see it grow and to keep up with the originals ones

I did shoulder and legwork today, shoulders off of PS and Pyramids and leg work (squats and lunges and floorwork only) off of PLB. I just couldn't bring myself to start off PLB with leg press, my legs are weak now just from the little bit I did.:+
I am still waiting on my cycle to start and I am on day 40!!! I am thinking about calling the doctor to see if anything should be done or if I can just chalk this one up to a missed month( and no I am NOT pregnant).
