Hi ladies,

Today I used my 6 person class to try out my newest workout I called Caribbean Inspired Dance Routine.

It was 41 minutes and it went fairly well. One song conveniently named 'Butt Lift', was all leg work done at a fairly good pace. One lady left at the very beginning but I ended up with 6 ladies who for the most part liked it.

Then I did 55 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs.

I am beat, but I am losing weight again, though it might be muscle loss because I am not lifting nearly as heavy as I was doing.

Plus yesterday I spent 3.5 hours helping my oldest son move into his new place.
