CrossRope App- "Ropeless Low Impact workout-Day 6- 14 min.
CrossRope App- 5 min. Final Stretches
BitGym- "Anegundi Village, India" Bike Ride- 10 min.

Hi Linda and all who follow,

Today I did Taebo Turbo Charged Fat Burner the one with the amplifier bar (which I don't have) which is 32 minutes long.

I had on ankle weights and weighted gloves for this workout. Hopefully I will feel it later.

So short and sweet but tough workout today.
