Hi Annette,

I did more Caroline today - her latest back and biceps. I love this woman. I have to admit - I miss working out to Cathe. I've got to squeeze more Cathe in as I pay for the workout blender. I can't give it up. Cathe's my ultimate instructor. Can't live without access to her on demand workouts.

Hi Siobhan,

Today is my 31st wedding anniversary.

I taught my Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit to 1 lady who showed up. This was an hour.

Then I did 55 minutes of heavy weight work hitting back, shoulders and chest hard. One dumbbell exercise for biceps and a cable pull that gets all upper body. Only 105 on the bench press for 1 rep, flyes were 2 sets 16 and 12 with 20's. Lat pull down on the cable for shoulders.

This also included floorwork for abs and legs.
