Good morning everyone,

Today I did another Qinetic total body strength workout and added on RWH LIHI Biceps.

Annette - Whoa! You are strong.

Sandy - I have some KCM's but am not a big fan of her. I do her sometimes. Try Plyoyogafitness on youtube. I love Stephanie Lauren. I can't get enough of her lately. I was like that with Millionaire Hoy and BJ Gaddour for a while too. Then I move on.

I am so glad to see us all working out steadily. And Dawn, because of you, I've cut back even more on my sugar intake so thanks for that!

Some days you just have to go with your body when it tells you it needs a rest.. that would be today.. I was on a webinar last night and heard some really great info and was too fired up before I went to bed... It was one of those nights that my mind was going crazy... so.. some restless sleep makes for a tough time working out in the morning and I've got some good DOMS in lower and upper body.. I tried to do RWH The chest/shoulders/tricep workout and a ways into it got a little lightheaded.. I knew it was too much for me this morning. I did a little ICE Low impact sweat for more moving around, foam rolled and called it a day.. I'll do some walking on the treadmill later.

Hi ladies,

Today was a gym day...so I did 23 minutes on the stair machine then 40 minutes of weight work including abs.

40 pounds is a struggle but I can get maybe 6 reps in before I cave. It feels good to up my weights.

Hi ladies, 9pm, I have finished my STS MESO 1 disc 5, back and tric.This is a well structured program but a bit stressing sometimes, as 30 secs are too short to even select or prepare the weights or the equipment for the next exercise. However my body is shaping nicely and I'm happy with the results

I've been trying to not buy any more dvd's for a while, but I keep seeing good stuff on STS , it's killin me!!!! :) I hope to follow you and see your progress and how you are liking it. :)
 
Thanks Dawn, the Leg disc I did on Thurday was really a killer, had doms on Friday and Saturday. So many lunges, squats and deadlifts but I can see more lean mass now on my legs. I know they are getting just a little bulky especially my hamstrings, not too much really but since I' m short you can easily note it, but in my case this is a necessary step toward my best legs shape, which will come later on. it happened the same when I used to train at the gym some years ago
