Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of 20 minutes of weighted lunges with Caroline G + added on Hard Strikes + some of the segments after the HS cardio workout. I come back to this workout over and over again. It's one of Cathe's most fun workouts for me.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 4 ladies and we did my Total Body Plate Extreme workout for 47 minutes. It was tough. Sweat was flying.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including machines, the sled (4, 45 pound plates plus 35 pounds for my highest weight push) I did 1 up and back with 2 plates, 3 plates, 4 plates, 4 plates plus 25 and 4 plates plus 35. Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes. I am beat.

Nice workout Siobhan. I like Hard Strikes till I remember how many jacks are in it.
