Blender- "Floor Abs" - 10 min.
Blender add-on: " New Mobility Fusion Finisher" - 8 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training - 20 min. Full Body Rowing & Weights EMOM

58 min. of fun and alot of new & different exercises!

Happy New Year Everyone!

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live - Strong and Fit for bi's and tri's - 41 minutes. I added on 5 minutes of BB for upper body. That's is for me today. I love New Year's Day. I take the day off (kind of) and just relax.

Today was Hardcore Kickbox Circuit with Guillermo Gomez and Janis Saffell which is 53 minutes long. I actually sweated during this one too. Must be either the true Circuit style or the fact that I haven't done it in awhile.

So I feel very workouted out now, I do love her stretch at the end in this workout.

is a tough one! WTG! Getting ready to go out to eat afterwhile with a friend. Not too

WOW!! All of you had awesome workouts today.
I ended up cleaning out my garage which took most of the day. It was a workout, and I was tired when I finally stopped around 5. Slept good last night!
