Supposed to do 68 minute premix of Cardio Blast Legs today, but didn't have time so I did TurboFire 30 and Xtrain Core 1.
Legs tomorrow!!
 
Good morning Conni,

i was running late too this morning - darn dog!

I ended up doing Cardio Blast Legs - all but the last segment. I suddenly hurt my foot and had to stop. This is a good workout. Legs + cardio with a constant leg element to the move. It tuckered me out. I was glad to not finish! I tried the hip thrusts again but stopped at 65 - ran out of time. Great music.

Hi gals,

I did the Ultimate Taebo Amp workout with my weighted gloves on, then did the Flip Up Flip Down ab bonus workout off of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's TLC workout.

Glad to be getting workouts in this week, 3 so far so that is good. Have a great day!!:)
