Hi Siobhan,

Today I taught my new Disco Beat Kickboxing Drills workout to 2 ladies for 55 minutes. It was good. They liked it.

And I ended up being sore from yesterday's workout so I only managed a 30 minute weight workout but it included light barbell for chest, flyes, hammer curls, lat pull down for shoulder, some back and triceps work, calf machine and floorwork for abs and legs.

I am finished for now.
