Hi Annette,

Today I took another rest day. I skated yesterday between 3 and 4pm and managed 9km. It was fun and easy. It was only -1 degrees which made skating heavenly! I may not get back out again. I just always have so much running around to do when I am here as both kids live here and I am walking my dog a lot too.

Today I had 4 ladies for what turned out to be a very fast pace no rest upper body challenge workout for 52 minutes. Complete with chair exercises and standing abs.

Then I did an hour of weights, 20 minutes of machines for back and shoulders, the dumbbells for chest, triceps and biceps. Then 40 minutes of sled work, sprinted up with 3 plates, backwards strap pull up and back with 4 and 5 plates, the regular push up and back with 6 plates and ended with 7 plates and a 10 pound plate on top pushed up and back, OH MY!!!

I was ready to collapse after that, but alas you Then have to unload the sled. I left 3 plates on.

Glad you got to skate some.
