Hi Everyone,

Today I felt like doing a mish mosh so I chose a Cathe Live Bootcamp workout - Rock hard bootcamp. There was a lot of cardio which I liked. Cathe's long time gym member and friend celebrated her 70th birthday in this one and Cathe announced a bunch of the gym friends, I guess, were going to Punta Cana? to celebrate Janet. But then just the other day, during another Cathe live, Cathe celebrated Janet's 75th birthday. I can't believe I am catching this woman's birthday's all of a sudden as I do a lot of Cathe live's. They are obviously very good friends and Janet works out at the gym 4 times per week. What an inspiration!

Linda - you did a cycle workout in Zermatt Switzerland. I dangerously hitch hiked there when I was 21 years old with another friend. We spent a semester in Nice and had so little money so hitch hiking was the only way to travel. i would not recommend that today. Zermatt is... stunning but so is Switzerland (people were not so friendly).

Nora - you did have another big workout
Annette - 80 minutes. whoa!

were taking a trip and then her birthday!

Annette, Wow, Wow, Wow, 80 min. at the gym doing a full body weighted workout & stretch. I imagine you
were pumped !

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did another CDornerfitness called Combat Kickboxing and it was 46 minutes long. It was very good all cardio with standing abs at the end. This I would do again.

So my cardio is done, I did have on my 2 pound wrist weights.

Have a hair cut appointment at 2.

Siobhan- Great workout today with a fun Cathelive/Blender mix with Cathe Live Bootcamp workout - Rock hard bootcamp. That sounds like fun. I love those kinds of workouts, bootcamp, boxing, kickboxing type stuff.High fives & well done, WTG!!Enjoy your day;)
