Hi gals,

Due to the icy conditions today, I cancelled my class .

So I did an advance Taebo off of the You Tube channel that was 58 minutes long. It was one I had never seen before and had a few different moves, so it was challenging for me.

Actually my back was trying to hurt this morning but hopefully I worked it all out.

oooh must have been really bad weather for you to do that annette,

it was very snowy here today - loved it!
today I did a 35 minute kettlebell workout on youtube with mike donavanik.
i have been so busy lately. i work full time, am taking another course, my part time business is very busy + i always have admin and case notes to write plus supervision. i just dont have an hour to workout in the mornings anymore - the weekends - yes. just too much going on.

on that note - i hope some of you ladies got in a workout.
 
Hi Annette & Ceci, yes, we had a little ice this AM, but by lunch, it was just raining, but tonight it's gonna be in the
20's, so probably refreeze.

My first 3-part rotation-done! Tonight I did a Jenny Ford step workout from the Step across America DVD.
I did the Chicago one, about 25 min. Her step workouts are pretty basic, but it flew by! So next workout starts
Rotation # 2, back to Cathe....this is fun...like I am really looking forward to doing Cathe again, since it's been
2 workouts since...then it will be Kelly, and then something else :)

Hi everyone! Annette, I hope your back leaves you alone. I hate back issues. It affects your whole body. Siobahn, I'm glad everything is working out for you and you still seem to get in a workout. Feels good right? Plus, Mike is tough, tough, tough!!

Today was a snow day at school. I knew it was coming so I didn't even set my alarm. ;) Since I had the time today I did Bob Harper Body rev cardio conditioning plus the 20 min lower body bonus. Yup...I'm limping already. Now I can move him to the bottom shelf, right Linda?

lately I've been eyeing some of Cathe's older workouts like Bodymax 1, Maximum Intensity strength and so on. I just don't know if it's worth it to get them....or is it? Ugh....I could probably get them On Demand right?

Henriette, I hope you can get some rest soon. I'm hoping our little Mick will find his groove soon.

Hi ladies,

Wednesday was my half day and I work from home so Mick was home with me and was his usual happy self. He slept inside next to me while I worked from 8-9.30, then he woke up had a bottle and just sat in his rocking chair and also lay in the living room where Magnus was lying as he was still of sick. When it was time to nap again he got fussy so I went for a short walk and then when back I could work again and he slept for 3 hours in the garden. He loves sleeping outdoors. He ended up having two super long naps outside yesterday of course all bundled up, so only his face gets cold, everything else is nice and warm. Anyways it went so smoothly that I could catch up time from other days when I don't want to leave him at daycare too long.

During his long afternoon nap I moved lots of stuff downstairs again as he was napping outside and then I don't want to be upstairs and I caught up my workout from Tuesday and did the one planned for Wednesday, so it was H&C Chisel Cardio followed by Body Beast Legs. Two tough workouts so I was feeling it!

Annette - hope your back completely heels.

Siobhan - you sure are busy! Good luck juggling all that! How long is the course you are doing?

No snow days here.... but it has gotten freezing cold.
