Hi gals,

Today I taught my Weights,Cardio and more Weights 1 routine to 9 ladies for about 56 minutes. We previewed some of the plate exercises that we will be doing next week.

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
