Hi gals, today I taught my Kickbox only class to 7 ladies for about 52 minutes. Nonstop kicking and punching.

Then I did 45 minutes of bicep work: barbell curls (20 and 30 pounds), concentration curls, hammer curls, regular curls ( last 3 exercises dumbbells were used), hammers with a twist again dumbbells, then bicep popping exercise both regular and hammer position. I also did the bicep machine just for a few reps.

I did the leg press machine and then finished with floorwork abs and legs and a stretch.

Oh and one lady is actually requesting to do one one of my Interval workouts[emoji44]. She was disappointed that we weren't doing one on Friday!![emoji54] These are 2 of my toughest workouts I have prepared.

You really manage to do a lot of workouts in a day and teach! Great that you are also get requests for the tough ones. :)

Today I walked more than 10.000 steps and did Cathe Live Low impact HiiT with upper body. Another good one... like Peg said, I think there are so many favorites!

It has gotten really cold here. -5 Celcious, but it feels like -17, or so the officials say. It's especially cold out when the wind hits you in the face!

Tonight I did a premix from Kelly's Trim Down DVD, "Kelly's Favorite Premix". It was just 20 min., but it was fun!

Linda I have Trim Down too. I enjoy it.

Henriette I’m going back to the beginning with Cathe Live and doing my favorites again. Today was a cardio boxing one with abs. I think I get spoiled with the water breaks. Then I do a dvd and I’m thinking “Can I stop yet? Water?”
