Hi ladies ,
Today I taught my Up Tempo Kickbox Jam routine to 6 ladies for about 43 minutes. Really nice cardio workout at a fast pace.
Then I did 47 minutes of weight work using the pyramid method for chest flies(15, 17.5 and 20 pounds up and down), same weight for over head one arm triceps, then hammer curls using 17.5 , 20 and 25 pound dumbbells, then I did the cable pull down for shoulders at 70, 75 and 80 pounds pyramid style. Then I did the calf machine and the leg press machine and finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
