Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Weights, Cardio and more Weights 2 routine for almost an hour to 4 ladies. Fatigued every muscle group with 3 back to back exercises each. Ended with an extended stretch with them seated on the step of my platform.
Then I did 37 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
I am beat. But I am glad to be back.
