Hi Annette,

Today I did 30 minutes of a Cathe live - legit legs. I moved onto 20 minutes of move with Nicole. Feeling a bit tired today so did a more low key workout.

Have you noticed any changes since using the sled?

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 4 ladies for my Aerobic and Kickbox circuit. It was about 62 minutes.

Leaving soon for the dentist.

As far as the sled goes, legs are slimmer and it takes more to get my heart rate up. Today I was able to do 3 pound back slaps with my arm straight out to my side easier.
