Siobhan- Glad you are enjoying your trip even if the weather is not cooperating for Ice skating, unless you can fine an indoor rink. I'm sure there is still tons of stuff to see and do there.

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a CDORNER cardio kickboxing which was 39 minutes of nonstop csrdio kickboxing. It was grueling. But I did it all. I had on my 2 pound wrist weights too.

It is warm outside like mid 60's.

You guys rock the variety within 1 workout category. Go ladies go!!

PS. Add in a 38 minute outside walk with some jogging to my workout today. It is sooo nice outside and a wonderful breeze to boot.
