Today after 2 people said they wouldn't be in class, I still had 3 ladies. And we did a new workout I found on www.turnstep.com called Nine Kick Progression. By the end we were beat, I added abs and a cooldown to it and it was 60 minutes using a disco cd. One difference is when you do a crescent knee or kick you usually do it from the inside out. Well this person had you go back and do it all going from the outside in, oh my!!! That I will feel tomorrow. The 2 that survived till the end liked it as it used big muscles.
Then I did 40 minutes if heavy dumbbells for upper body weight work and some cable work along with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
