Wow! Siobhan, snow?? Supposedly we had a snow shower this morning but I never saw any snow.
Today I had 3 and we did my Variety Circuit which was about 56 minutes long.
Then I did 75 minutes of weight work mostly chest press with the barbell. I managed to do 1 rep at 120 and held the barbell up off the rack at 125.
Then I did some chest flyes and hammer curls, then floorwork for abs and legs.
My labs were all improved so that was good news!
