Hi Everyone,

Today I did Tapout XT - Ripped Conditioning (mainly band work) + a short segment of his abs. Now, to stretch.

I still remember this day, 41 years ago, when the news came out about John Lennon. Some things you just never forget.

Today I had 4 ladies and we did my Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit for an hour, it is one of their favorites.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including dumbbells pyramid style for chest press and flyes, hammer curls and overhead one arm triceps and overhead lying extensions for back, up only.

Then I did the sled pull 6 sets starting with 1, 45 for 2, 2 45's for 2, 3 45's for 1 and 4, 45's for 1. Then I did the shoulder machine and finished with floorwork for abs and legs.

I am beat.
