Hi ladies,

Today I taught my new revised Kickbox Combos circuit workout to 9 ladies for 51 minutes. Despite some music dislikes, they liked the workout.

Then I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and 20 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and legs.

Still can't lift heavy with my shoulder, sigh.

Hi all

Today was Afterburn plus Basic Stretching

Annette I have resigned myself to the fact that I most likely won't ever lift heavy again on upper body. My left shoulder is wonky and I have tennis elbow in both elbows I just focus on the positive that I can still lift with lighter weights. The heaviest I can go for UB is 12 sometimes 15.

I hear you. Yesterday I tried flies with 10 pound dumbbells and couldn't do it. Today I went down to 7.5 pounds and managed one set of 12 I think. Make chest work difficult along with shoulder work. Getting older is not for wimps.[emoji31]

hi everyone,

today I did STS chest/shoulders disc + low impact sweat added in. i am having trouble with heavy weights for chest but managed 20's. i prefer 35's at least but just couldn't do it.

melanie - what's the dog's name? congrats!
