Hi girls!
Due to my late night and severe lack of sleep I decided sleep was a bigger priority and I need to protect my immune system and not get run down and build my white cell blood count. So no workout today, just rest and sleep. Has anyone else received Lift, Move & Restore yet? If so, what do you think?

Annette- Wow! I' m sorry you have an injury & soreness. It's probably a good thing you slept late, it helps your body heal and restore. I myself took a three and half hour nap today, and I needed it.
