Blender- "Jumpin' Upper Body & Core" - 27 min.
Blender add-on: " Mini Muscle Meltdown-Lower Body" - 15 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body Weights Circuit

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live Lift it Split it for legs and shoulders. I managed about 40 minutes of a 49 minute workout. I was talking and texting too much throughout the darn workout. I don't like it when I let myself get distracted grrr.

Linda - Thanks for starting us off. Another workout in the bag!
Annette - how are you this morning? I hope you aren't hurt. I didn't realize you post your workouts from the gym
Nicki - how is your leg this morning from your foam roller workout yesterday?
Nora - WTG with your workout yesterday!

enough to multi-task when I do workouts! LOL!

Yes, another workout......still not giving my all, I suppose that will come.......Got the new dvds
yesterday, am exploring them as well.......I'm glad for something else to "think about"......
 
Hi ladies,

Not sure what was wrong with me but I accidentally slept till 12:30!!!??

But despite pain in my leg and hip on the left side and some arm pain due to going heavier yesterday at the gym I managed to do KCM TLC Boxing Combos which is 32 minutes with my Cathe boxing gloves on. The squats hurt a lot but I pushed through with modifications.

Yes, Siobhan, if I am at the gym and not in a hurry to get home I will post from the gym, more apt to remember what I did if I post right after.

It is cold and windy today and is supposed to be colder and more blustery tomorrow.

Nice workouts ladies!!

Hi girls!

Due to my late night and severe lack of sleep I decided sleep was a bigger priority and I need to protect my immune system and not get run down and build my white cell blood count. So no workout today, just rest and sleep. Has anyone else received Lift, Move & Restore yet? If so, what do you think?

Annette- Wow! I' m sorry you have an injury & soreness. It's probably a good thing you slept late, it helps your body heal and restore. I myself took a three and half hour nap today, and I needed it.

Sorry you weren't feeling up to par......take care & get the rest you need! Yes, Nora, I got the dvds. So far,
they seem pretty good. I am only previewing at this time.
