Hi ladies,
Today was a 93 minute gym circuit consisting of barbell chest press doing 15 reps at just the bar (45 pounds), then 12 at 50, 10 at 55, 8 at 60 and then 4 sets of 4 at 65 pounds.
Then the back machine with 35 on each side.
Then the leg press machine with 1 45 on each side for leg press and calf work.
Then the elliptical for 20 minutes.
Then Lat pulldowns on the cable, doing 55 pounds, 60, 70, 75 and 85. 2 sets the hand positions were underhand.
Then moved onto chest flyes with dumbbells using 12.5, 15 and 17.5.
Arnold press with 12.5 and 15 (I think), shoulder shrugs with 17.5, shoulder press 1 arm at a time with 12 5.
Triceps were lying overhead, and 1 dumbbell holding fat ends for 2 sets holding a 15 and then a 17.5.
Wrist curls with 15's.
Hammer curls with 12.5, 15 and 17.5
Barbell bicep curl with 20 pounds for 12 reps, 30 for 10 reps and 40 for 4 reps.
Then onto floorwork for abs, legs and glutes some weighted, I also threw in tricep kickbacks for good measure using a 9 pound dumbbell.
Then a quick stretch and I am beat.
