Hi Siobhan,
Today I managed 30 minutes of Taebo that had floorwork for abs and legs in it. Then I did 25 minutes of weight work.
Short and sweet, hate missing a day and I really want to go back to the gym for the elliptical but I have to wait till next week,sigh.
At least I did something, which is better than nothing. I looked up that guy you did, mostly weight workouts or Bodyweight routines.
